3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods as available.

  • Chezzy reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors.

4. Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed via WhatsApp or phone call.

  • Chezzy reserves the right to cancel any order if customer is unreachable or provides incorrect information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery time is 3 to 5 business days.

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Chezzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

  • Some items like cosmetics, perfumes, and innerwear are non-returnable if opened.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Chezzy including logo, images, text, and designs are the property of Chezzy and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Chezzy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

Chezzy reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
